How to Edit / Update Subscriptions for Members with Recurring Subscriptions

Currently, subscriptions must be edited individually — including changes to the next billing date, amount, or billing cycle. Bulk updates for subscriptions are not currently available.


To modify an existing subscription, follow the steps below:


1. Go to Members » Search Members 

2. Find the member 

3. Click on Actions » Payment History 




4. Click the "Subscriptions" tab: 




5. Then find the subscription that needs to be modified and click Actions »




6. In this section, 4 fields can be modified: 

  • Payment Amount 
  • Billing Cycle 
  • Next Payment Due Date
  • Deletion of past-due/upcoming invoices


Internal Subscription Notes can also be added at the bottom of the page:




7. After making the changes, click "Continue & Save Changes"

8. The changes will be reflected here:

Subscription Expiration Date

Recurring subscriptions do not have an expiration date. A recurring subscription ends when the paid membership plan is cancelled by the member or the admin.
