One of the most used sections of the admin area is the Search Members. To find this section:
Go to My Members.
Click on Search Members.
From this section, the majority of the member's information can be edited.
The top side of the page will display several options to filter searches for a more accurate return of results depending on the needs.
Member Search Filter Options
Member Name, ID, or URL Search
Subscription (Membership Plan) Drop-down Filter
Top-Level Category Filter (Includes option to search for members who did not select any top-level categories by using the No Top-Level Assigned option)
Sign-up (Joined) Date Range Selector
Email Address Search
Account Status Drop-down Filter
Sub-Level Category Filter (Includes No Sub-Level Assigned option)
Last Login Date Range Selector
Verified Status Drop-down Filter
Transaction Type Drop-down Filter (Includes filter for members with available credits)
Member Type Filter (Individual / Company)
Find Duplicates Feature
Sub-Sub Level Category Filter (Includes No Sub-Sub-Level Assigned option)
Filter Members by Sign-up Source (Website, Admin, or Member Imports)
Location Search
Filter by Forms Submitted by Members
Filter by Forms Not Submitted by Members
User's IP Country Search (Country from which they signed up/logged in)
Search by Member's Last Login IP and Sign-up IP
Profile Status Filter (Complete or Incomplete; only available if the Require Complete Profiles setting is turned on)
Member Tags Filter (Member Tags & Tag Groups)
Search for Members with or without Profile Images (Profile Image, Logo Image, Cover Image)
Location Search and Multi-Location Add-On
If the Multi-Location Add-On is active on the site, an additional checkbox option called Include Service Areas will appear.
If Service Areas are excluded, only the members who added the specified location to their contact details form will appear.
If Service Areas are included, members who added the specified location to their contact details form and those who added the specified location to their service areas will appear.
Multi-Option Filters
Some filters allow users to select multiple options from the dropdown:
Subscription Filter
Forms Submitted Filter
Forms Not Submitted Filter
Finding Duplicate Members
The Find Duplicates filter enables the administrator to locate members based on selected fields. If multiple options are chosen, the filter will seek duplicates across all selected criteria.
Profile Images Filter
The Profile Images Filter has two options:
Image Exist: Shows members who have the selected image(s) in the filter.
Image Missing: Shows members who are missing the selected image(s).
This is an "AND" search, meaning if all three image types (Profile, Logo, and Cover Image) are selected, the system will look for members who have all three images. Only members meeting all three criteria will appear in the search results.

Below the search filters and additional options, the Member Search Results section appears.
Sort Options
- Sort Name A-Z
- Sort Name Z-A
- Sort ID Highest
- Sort ID Lowest
- Sort Newest First
- Sort Oldest First
- Sort Most Revenue
- Sort Least Revenue
- Sort Most Credits (Member Credits System)
- Sort Least Credits
Bulk Actions
The far-left column contains checkboxes to apply Bulk Actions to members.
Member Status Column
Displays the current status of each member:
Active
Past Due
On Hold
Cancelled
Not Active
Incomplete

Contact Information Column
Displays available member details:
Full Name
Company Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Location
Social Media Accounts
In the Contact Information column, a set of member information will be displayed if available:
- Full Name
- Company Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Location
- Social Media Accounts
If the member is verified, an additional verified icon appears under the Quick Edit Module for Members.
If there are Internal Notes added for a member using the Quick Edit Module For Members, an icon will appear in this section as well.
Actions Dropdown
The Actions dropdown allows administrators to perform specific tasks for each member.
Membership Column
Displays key membership details:
Member ID
Membership Plan
Join Date
Last Login
Category
Parent Account ID (if applicable)
Revenue Column
Displays total revenue received from each member and highlights any Past Due payments.
