Overview

One of the most used sections of the admin area is the Search Members. To find this section:

  1. Go to My Members.

  2. Click on Search Members.




From this section, the majority of the member's information can be edited. 


Members Search Filters  


At the top of the page, you'll find several filtering options to narrow your search results based on specific criteria.

Member Sidebar

Located in the upper right corner of the page, this sidebar includes several useful tools: 


 

Add New Member

Click this button to manually add a new member.

Sync Members with Google Maps

Bulk sync members with Google Maps using this tool.

List Actions Dropdown

This menu provides several key options: 



Import Members via CSV File


Import members using a CSV file. The following guide includes templates and tips: How To Import Members Via CSV File


Export List of Current Member (Available only with the add-on)


Export specific member data (emails, phone numbers, etc.) into a .CSV file.
Note: This feature is available only with the Export Member Data add-on. More info: Export Member Data


Create Smart Lists from Current Results

 

Create member lists based on searches completed in the Search Members section: My Members » Smart Lists


Member Search Results Table


Displayed below the filters and sidebar tools, this section lists all matching member records:





Search Members Sort Options


Members can be sorted using the following options:

  • Sort Name A-Z
  • Sort Name Z-A
  • Sort ID Highest
  • Sort ID Lowest
  • Sort Newest First
  • Sort Oldest First
  • Sort Most Revenue
  • Sort Least Revenue
  • Sort Most Credits (Member Credits System)
  • Sort Least Credits

Bulk Actions 


Checkboxes in the far-left column let admins select multiple members to perform bulk actions efficiently.

Member Status Column


Displays each member’s current status:

  • Active

  • Past Due

  • On Hold

  • Cancelled

  • Not Active

  • Incomplete

Contact Information Column

In the Contact Information column, a set of member information will be displayed if available:

  • Full Name
  • Company Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Location
  • Social Media Accounts



If the member is verified, an additional verified icon appears under the Quick Edit Module for Members.





If there are Internal Notes added for a member using the Quick Edit Module For Members, an icon will appear in this section as well. 




Actions Dropdown 


This menu offers quick access to various administrative actions for individual members.

Membership Column

Displays key membership details:

  • Member ID

  • Membership Plan

  • Join Date

  • Last Login

  • Category

  • Parent Account ID (if applicable)





Revenue Column

Displays total revenue received from each member and highlights any Past Due payments.
