What is the "Admin Only" Option in the Membership Plans Used For?

These options are used to hide the price when signing a member to a specific membership plan. 


This feature is useful when a partner wants to display only certain pricing options while keeping others available only through manual upgrades. specific members in the case they prefer not to continue with a monthly, yearly, or semi-yearly billing cycle.


In these cases, the admin can upgrade the member's account to another payment option through a request by the member (email, telephone call, etc..). Registered members will only see the available payment options. Additional Admin Only options can still be assigned by the administrator upon request (The ones marked as Admin Only) if they request it from the admin or wanted to change to a special type of payment option for their membership plan.



How does it work? 


For example, the pricing structure for a 'Featured' membership plan is displayed in the image below.

There are two prices: a monthly price of $9.99 and a yearly price of $99.99, neither payment option is marked as Admin Only.:




If a member signs up to this plan, this is what they would see on the signup page:




If the 'Admin Only' option is selected in the Yearly Price as seen in the following image, this payment option will no longer be displayed on the signup page




The Yearly Price has been marked as 'Admin Only.' As a result, the signup page will display as follows:




As shown in the image above, only the Monthly Price is displayed. The Yearly option is no longer available
