What Does Each Ticket Status Mean

In the My Support Tickets module, each ticket includes a Status label so it’s easy to see where the request stands at a glance.

Use the All Statuses dropdown above the ticket list to filter by status and quickly focus on the tickets that matter right now.
- Open
- In Progress
- Responded
- Resolved
- Closed

Open
Your ticket has been sent, and is currently being worked on.

In Progress
This status is placed on a ticket when the development team is working on the resolution to what was reported in the ticket.

Responded
Our support team has replied with a resolution or follow up questions.

Resolved
Once a ticket is marked Resolved, the issue is considered ready to close out. If anything is still pending, reply to the ticket and it will automatically reopen; after 48 hours in Resolved, the ticket will move to Closed.

Closed
The original issues that was submitted has been resolved and the ticket closed.

Pending
Pending means the ticket is currently on hold while additional information or next steps are needed before it can move forward.
