How To Assign Different Member Forms To Various Membership Plans

It is possible to assign different forms to specific membership plans. 


For example, this allows to assign different contact details forms for a business listing and a different contact details form for general website users or individuals.

Step 1 - Identify the Member Dashboard Form and Customize it

Step 2 - Assign the Customized Form to a Specific Membership Plan


Now that the custom form has been created, it can be assigned to the desired membership plan.


To accomplish this, navigate to Finance >> Membership Plans >> Click "Edit" for the desired membership plan:




Under Member Dashboard tab, select the customized form from the appropriate dropdown:




Important Note: The word 'Listing' must be included in the form name for it to appear in the dropdown options above.
