The Admin Notifications settings page provides a centralized place to configure which notifications are shown for actions that occur on the frontend and within the admin area. Notification preferences can be set per individual website or applied across all websites, with control over the delivery frequency for each notification.




Enable Notifications

From the Account Dashboard, open the dropdown under the admin name and select Notification Settings



This opens the Notification Settings screen, where all available configuration options are displayed.




Settings Mode

Under Settings Mode, select between same settings for all sites or individual site settings. The available notification options remain the same regardless of the selected settings mode.



Website Selection

When "Per Site - Individual settings per website" is selected, use the dropdown to choose the website the settings will apply to.



Tip: Turn ON any notification types below to enable website notifications. If all types are OFF, notifications will be disabled.


Notification Settings

Using the available options, the Notification Frequency controls how often notifications are delivered, while Notification Type determines which events trigger notifications.



Notification Frequency

Select how often to receive notification alerts.



Select any of the following options:

  • Real-time (immediate)
  • Every 5 minutes
  • Every 15 minutes
  • Every 30 minutes
  • Every 60 minutes


Notification Type

Notification Type controls which system actions trigger notifications.


Enable/Disable All

Selecting this will turn all of the notification types ON or OFF.


New Sign Up

Member joins website.

 

Plan Changed

Member changes subscription plan.

 

New Payment

Payment is received.

 

Member Login

Member logs in or out.

 

Member Lead

Lead is created.

 

Member Review

Review is submitted.

 

Form Submission

Any contact form is submitted.

 

Support Reply

Support ticket receives reply.

Select which activity type to show.

Select Website

Select the websites activity to be shown.
