Create a new post

By clicking on the Create Post option a pop up wizard will show onscreen.

Select the type of content  and author you want to publish on your website.

Once the admin selected the type of post type type to work on, the option to assign the Post author shows right underneath the post type.

With the AI Tool, the admin will be able to create full posts including images, links and formatting following the steps on the wizard.

After selecting the Author, The option to generate a post with AI will appear, along with the option to do a manual post.

Generate Post with AI

Create a good AI prompt with all the required details so the System is guided to create a high quality post.

The admin will also be able to select additional options like the tone, the style, teh Length, the engagement and if it should include images, along with additional links to add in the post.

Once that is completed, a status bar will show indicating that is currently working on creating the post and within a minute or two, everything is done automatically.

Review and Finalize Post

Last Step will be to review and post the AI generated  on the site.

Review the AI-generated content. The Admin will be able edit and add more details once the post is created.

Post Created Successfully

Once the post is created, the admin will have the ability to Continue editing the post as normal, it will also have the option to start a new AI post. And if the prompt is  high quality and the admin would like to use it a template for other posts, the system will guide the admin the chance to copy the prompt for future use:

Important Notes

For post types like events that have dates and time, the wizard will not set the date and time of the event.  To add a date and time to an event created with the wizard, the admin will need to click on continue editing  the post directly from the member dashboard.

From here, the admin will be able to set the time and date for the event.
