The ability to fully white label your Brilliant Directories website is free and available to all users. This includes removing all visible mentions of Brilliant Directories from both the front-end (public website) and the back-end (admin area).

Front-End White Labeling

The front-end of all Brilliant Directories websites is fully white labeled by default. There is never any mention of Brilliant Directories on the public-facing website - ever.

  • No "Powered by Brilliant Directories" text
  • No visible BD branding anywhere on the front-end
  • Your own logo, domain, and branding are displayed at all times

There is nothing you need to do to enable this — it is already active on all BD websites at no cost.

Admin Area (Back-End) White Labeling

By default, the back-end admin area includes links and tools that connect to Brilliant Directories support resources. These include:

  • Links to help articles and videos hosted by Brilliant Directories
  • A button to create support tickets that go directly to the BD support team
  • Footer mentions of Brilliant Directories in support sections

How to White Label the Admin Area

To remove all visible mentions of Brilliant Directories from the back-end admin area, you can request admin white labeling. This is free and available to all websites.

  • Email the Brilliant Directories support team to request admin white labeling: support@brilliantdirectories.com
  • Support links, help videos, and documentation references will be removed
  • The option to submit support tickets from within the admin will be removed
  • No mentions of Brilliant Directories will remain in the admin interface

This creates a more neutral experience in the dashboard, without showing Brilliant Directories branding or links to BD-managed support tools.

Using White Labeling as an Agency or Reseller

If you are building and managing websites for clients, you can:

  • Launch the site with your client’s branding
  • Request admin white labeling before assigning admin access
  • Add your client as a full-access admin if needed

You control how you present and support the website. There are no restrictions on how much you charge your clients or how you package your services.

Summary

  • Front-end white labeling is included and active on all BD websites by default
  • Admin white labeling is available to all users at no cost — just email support to enable it
    • Then, there will be no visible mentions of Brilliant Directories on your site or in the admin once both are applied

To request admin area white labeling, contact the Brilliant Directories support team and we’ll be happy to activate it for your site.
