Search Results Members Table
This is the search results table of all the members in the website. The table will vary its content based on the search parameters used in the search filters.
1. Status
This section explains the different account statuses available in the platform, defining what each status represents and how it affects a member's access and functionality. It also includes the profile image if the listing is set as an individual or the company logo if the listing is set to company.
1. Active Account
An active account indicates that the member is fully registered and has access to all platform features associated with their membership plan.
2. Inactive Account Statuses
Inactive accounts are members who do not currently have full access to the platform. There are different inactive statuses, each indicating a specific reason for limited access.
2.1 Not Active
Indicates that the account is currently inactive, either due to administrative action or because the member has not yet fully completed the registration process.
2.2 On Hold - Temporary Hold
The account is temporarily suspended, possibly due to pending administrative review, a hold placed by the member, or another temporary restriction.
2.3 Past Due - Invoice Past Due
The member has an outstanding payment that has not been settled. Until the invoice is paid, access to certain features may be restricted.
2.4 Incomplete - Incomplete Signup
Indicates that the member has started the registration process but has not completed all the required steps, such as verifying their email or filling in mandatory fields.
2.5 Canceled - Account Closed
The account has been permanently closed, either by request of the member or due to administrative action. Canceled accounts do not have access to any platform features.
2. Contact Information
This section provides details about the member's contact information, including their name, listing type, email, phone number, location, and social media accounts.
1. Name (Individual) / Company Name (Company)
Displays the full name if the member is an individual. If the listing is set as a company, this field will show the registered company name.
2. Listing Type
Indicates whether the listing is an individual profile or a company account.
3. Email Address
Shows the registered email address associated with the member.
4. Company Name (For Individual Listings) / Member Name (For Company Listings)
For individual listings, this field displays the company name if provided. For company listings, it shows the primary contact person’s name.
5. Phone Number
Displays the primary phone number associated with the member.
6. Geocoding Information
Includes geographic coordinates associated with the member’s location, helping to identify their approximate position on a map.
7. Social Media Accounts
Lists links to the member’s social media profiles, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or other platforms.
3. Actions Menu
The actions menu provides quick access to essential account management options for each member. These actions allow for profile updates, account maintenance, and communication.
1. Account Details
Opens a detailed view of the member’s account, including profile information, membership details, and activity logs.
2. View Live Profile
Displays the member’s public-facing profile as it appears to other users.
3. Quick Edit
Provides a simplified editing interface for making quick changes to the member's profile.
4. Login as Member
Allows administrators to log in as the selected member for troubleshooting or support purposes.
5. Compose Email
Opens an email composition window to send messages directly to the member.
6. Payment History
Displays a record of all payments made by the member, including completed and pending transactions.
7. Update Credit Card
Allows updating the member’s stored credit card details for future transactions.
8. Change Password
Enables resetting or updating the member’s login password.
9. Delete Account
Removes the member’s account from the system. This action is irreversible and should be used with caution.
4. Profile Views
If the Profile Statistics Add-on and setting are enabled, the amount of views the profile has received, will be displayed here. This setting is setup per membership plan
5. Membership
The results table displays members who match the applied search criteria. Each row represents a member and contains key details.
1. Member ID
A unique identification number assigned to each member.
2. Membership Plan
Displays the membership plan associated with the member.
3. Join Date
Indicates when the member joined the platform.
4. Last Login
Shows the most recent login date of the member.
5. Category
Displays the primary category under which the member is classified.
6. Parent Account ID
Shows the ID of the parent account if the member is linked to another account.
6. Revenue
Displays the revenue generated by the member.
