How to Apply Coupon Codes or Price Overrides in the Admin When Manually Creating an Order

When manually creating an order in the Admin Area, there is no need to apply a coupon code. Instead, the order price can be adjusted directly, allowing any discount or price override to be entered manually.

Creating a Manual Order with a Custom Price

  1. Log in to the Admin Area.
  2. Navigate to My Members → Search Members.
  3. Locate the member and click Actions → Payment History.
  4. Click New Order in the upper-right corner.
  5. Select the appropriate Membership Plan and Billing Cycle.
  6. Enter the desired price for the order. This value overrides the default price for the selected membership plan, making a coupon code unnecessary.
  7. Complete the remaining order details as needed.
  8. Click Save Changes to create the order.

This approach can be used whenever a discounted price or one-time price adjustment needs to be applied to a manually created order.
