How To Hide Top-Level Category From Member's Profile Page

In order to hide the top-level category from the member's profile page:

Navigate to Settings - Advanced Settings and search for "Hide Top-Level Category on Member Profile Page":

When this advanced setting is enabled, the top-level category that displays on the member profile under the name is removed:
