To compose an email from the back end, navigate to Emails - Compose Email:



Overview of the Fields

Clicking the "Compose Email" button will open a modal window displaying the available fields and options for writing and sending a manual email through the system.


From Name


By default, the website name will be autofilled, this is an editable field nonetheless.




Template


This dropdown contains a list of custom and default email templates.




From Email 


The default website email will be autofilled; the prefix is an editable section, nonetheless.




Include Default Website Signature


This dropdown contains options to select between the default Website Signature and the signature of the Admin sending or composing the email. 




Use Different Reply-To-Address


Select the reply-to address (if different from the 'From' email).




Recipients


Add a list of the recipients of this email. Once added, hit ENTER or TAB on the keyboard in order to add the email address to the recipients field. The CC/BCC option can also be selected to add aditional carbon copy fields. 




Subject 


Field to add the subject line for the email. 




Email Content and Preview Email 


Add the content for the email or the body of the email to this section. Preview the work by selecting this option:




Test 


The end product by sending it as a test to an admin of the site with a valid email address:
