How To Disable Option To Complete Member's Address Based On The Map's Marker

Member's of the directory have the option to select and set their location based on the location of the marker in the map on the Contact Details form:
Use the Advanced Setting:
Disable Drag-able Pins on Member Google Maps
System Variable: disable_drag_drop_member_map
Once the Advanced Setting is enabled, the option to move the pin is gone:
