Settings In Additional Notifications for Custom Actions

If the Automatic Lead Matching Add-On is active on the site the admin will be able to create custom lead actions

When a lead is submitted through a form that is not associated with a specific member (for example, the /getmatched page), all Lead Submitted notifications will be controlled by the Main Action.

If additional custom actions are configured, their Lead Submitted notification settings will only apply to direct leads submitted to members assigned to the membership plans selected for that action.

The affected membership plans can be configured in the General Settings tab of the custom action.
