Brilliant Directories makes it easy to know which leads have not been accepted by the members. As the directory owner, it is important to always make sure that the website visitors get an answer from either the website or a business listing.
If a lead is not accepted, we recommend reaching out to the website visitor and inquiring whether they would like the admin to match them to other businesses or professionals that offer the same services in their area. It is also good practice to call the business that declined the lead to find out why they do not want more/new business.
To identify which leads have been declined, setup the Admin Notification for this action:
