Redeeming and Tracking BD Credits

BD Credits can be used towards any of the following items:


  • Booking Training Sessions with one of our expert trainers.
  • Premium Services that specify "BD Credits can be used"

How to track and view current credit balance:

  1. Login to the Support Portal

  2. Click on "Edit Profile" in the upper right hand corner:



  3. View Training & Setup Credit Balance:
