I need to assign subcategories to companies from the backend

i am trying to programmatically add subcategories to around 15,000 companies with inserts into users_meta.

this is what i added to the users_meta table, just like the others that were entered through the system showed up in the table:

4589386  users_data  245678  dowiz  1  20150730075148  2015-07-30 09:57:14Edit

4589389  users_data  245678  sized  0  20150730075148  2015-07-30 09:57:11

is there another table i need to update to get the company marked with the correct subcategories?

Hi Aaron, big hug friend. Just to be 100% sure about this, you idea is to add subcategories to the 15K companies you have. This is it right?

Yes. As an example. I have 6,500 Pizza Huts in my directory. They all have the correct category of "pizzeria". I now want to go back and assign them to the subcategories, "buffet", "delivery", "dine-in". I also want to do this with several thousand other companies. I already wrote the script to insert these four rows into users_meta for all of the Pizza Huts.

Now I just need to know where else I need to update the database for them to show up in the search results.
